To begin, add your event to the church calendar. This link will direct you to CCB where facility rooms and resources can be requested. This also includes tables for the foyer.
STEP 2 | COMMUNICATIONS REQUEST FORM
The linked form can be used to request any digital or printed material for all one-time or ongoing meetings or events.
STEP 3 | MONEY POUCH & IPAD REQUEST FORM
If you plan to sell tickets or receive electronic payments, please complete the linked form.
STEP 4 | CHECK REQUEST FORM
If you are in need of an honorarium or payment advance, please complete the linked form. (This is not to be used for reimbursements.)
